Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX500 Pocket Camera

I recently bought the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX500 pocket digital camera. The features that impressed me include. . .

• 25mm wide angle zoom
• Manual, aperture-priority, and shutter-priority settings
• Ten megapixels

This is the camera that is with me always, stowed in a small wallet sized case that loops onto my belt.  On a recent bicycle ride I took a short-cut through the Eureka High School campus, just a few days before school opened. I rode by the technical vocation building, but sensed that something special had registered in my periperal vision.

A quick u-turn took me back to the freshly painted, art-deco building. The colors and lines blended into a classic architectural photograph, made possible because of the little Panasonic Lumix strapped on my belt.
